Chad, this is awesome. You are an incredibly creative and innovative educator! You’ve created a space where students can not only engage with one another but also with you and with their own interests, cultures, and hobbies–all in the first few days of the class. I’m not a fan of bird killing metaphors, but you really accomplished multiple goals with one assignment!
