Week 13 – POTCERT – INTRODUCTION
Hello Wonderful Colleagues,
Looking forward to continuing the work from the previous semester. I took this entire course last semester, but got lost toward the middle when I had some difficulty with the powerpoint slide production. I had not made a powerpoint slide before, and had a great difficulty. I found out the copy I had to make my powerpoint slide had errors and all my work was for naught. So live and learn.
This semester I am teaching at several colleges – oh another freway flyer. I teach medical billing and coding f2f at MiraCosta College. I teach medical billing and coding online at Palomar College. I teach medical terminology f2f at El Camino College. I also teach a certificated medical billing and coding program at El Camino College Community Education.
I have learned so much over the last year and again this year with the wonderful help from all the POT information and mentors. Thank you so much for my education and for the engaging information my students are receiving.
I am an On Course graduate and I try to incorporate some of their great inspirational information on my blogs for my students. With that, I have attached a video for all of us. Since we are responsible for our emotions, we sometimes need to be reminded to be our best cheerleader. As part of my students’ homework assignments they are to make sure to do their HAPPY DANCE each day. I want them to learn the importance of their being happy and their ability to absorb information.
